We have pets — is that all right?+
Place it at a height your pet cannot reach, and keep the gel out of contact. Use it in a room that gets ventilated. If your pet seems uncomfortable, stop using it and air the room.
Can I put it in a child’s room?+
Keep it out of reach of children — the gel can be swallowed, so placement matters most. In a room where a child spends long hours, prefer a ventilated space over a closed one.
How long does one last?+
About one to two months per unit. Temperature, ventilation and room size all change this. When the gel has shrunk to about 10% of its original volume, it is time to replace it.
Can I use both scents together?+
We suggest keeping them in separate rooms. Placed together, each impression blurs the other. Forest Wood reads clearest in a bedroom, entryway or study; White Cotton in a living room, bath or dressing room.
How many do I need?+
One unit covers roughly 16–23 ㎡. For larger spaces, or when odours settle in more than one spot, split them across the room.
